Boot Camps
Welcome to Elite Axis! My name is Glen Fortenberry, the founder of this exciting new company that aims to bring out the elite athlete from inside of you. I have been an athlete for most of my life. My love for fitness and health has brought me to this point.
At Elite Axis, our aim is to create a fun, safe, and high-energy environment where you are not judged by your body type, fitness level, age, or gender.
Small Group Training
For some people, small group training is the way to go. This is for you if you think you are the type of person who benefits from small groups and don't like the big class setting.
You will not only enjoy all the benefits of exclusive personal attention, but also enjoy working out alongside your friends and sharing the cost. It's the best of both worlds!
Each 55-minute class accommodates three to five people. So, find a friend, co-worker, or neighbor who might be excited to train with you!
Youth Program
Elite Axis’ youth program is about giving back to our younger generation. It will give them a chance to realize what life has to offer once they embrace a healthy lifestyle.
In the beginning, we will set a foundation for them to learn about their body mechanics, proper exercise form, nutrition, and confidence development. All of this will happen while they are having fun in an exciting and safe environment!
Couples/Partner Training
At Elite Axis, we believe that couples who train together, stay together. Even if you aren't married but have a partner-in-crime, this is a great program to take a look at. You will work as a team and individually for an hour-long session.
The trainers at Elite Axis will work alongside you and your partner to create challenging workouts that will crush your fitness goals together. Each session will also include nutritional and motivational support for both of you.
Private 1-on-1
This is a 55-minute personalized training session designed to help you reach all of your fitness goals. Your first session will consist of a full-body assessment that checks your muscle imbalances, body-fat percentage, measurements, and balance.
It will be followed by a programmed regimen designed specifically to help you obtain your goals. We also offer a nutrition consultation that will examine all aspects of your nutrition.
